Non defective product returns are subject to shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.
All shipping charges and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
Returns must be sent to us freight pre-paid.
Before returning any product, please request an RMA form from us by emailing us at email@example.com
No product will be accepted for returns without an RMA number. Post the RMA on the outside of returning product box.
All product returned must be 100% complete in original packaging.
All RMA’s are valid for 30 days.
Exchanges can only be made for the same item.
All product shipped is in original manufacture’s cartons with appropriate packing and are able to be shipped worldwide without damage.
All product shipped will be insured for its full replacement value.
We use UPS and Canada Post as well as other common couriers. UPS will not ship to P.O. boxes.
Shipping time schedules are based on regular business days (Mon-Fri) with no weekend deliveries.
Any product received with visible external damage should be refused and documented on the bill of lading as “refused, damaged”.
Electronic Depot accepts Mastercard, Visa, certified Canadian cheques as payment on web purchases.
Electronic depot will not ship to any address other than billing address of credit card.
Electronic depot will not accept overseas or foreign purchase orders.
Electronic depot reserves the right to request more identification.
All new products sold by electronic depot come with a full manufacture’s warranty and can be serviced at any authorized Manufactures service center.
It is the customer’s responsibility for payment of shipping to authorized service centers, return shipping to the customer is no charge.
Any warranty return must be returned with a copy of the original bill of sale.
